The Vision
Language certification hasn’t kept up with technology. Most assessment platforms still rely on rigid question banks, manual scoring for writing and speaking, and one-size-fits-all difficulty levels. The result: lengthy tests that don’t accurately reflect a candidate’s true ability, weeks of waiting for results, and no actionable feedback for improvement.
Educators and institutes need a certification platform that’s accurate, fast, and provides genuine insight into learner progress — not just a pass/fail score.
What We’re Building
Langcert Academic is SIAGB’s second AI product, built on the proven engineering foundation of Marvel PTE. It’s a purpose-built language certification platform that uses adaptive AI to assess proficiency more accurately, score responses instantly, and generate personalised learning paths for every candidate.
The platform covers all four language skills — reading, writing, listening, and speaking — with AI evaluation aligned to CEFR standards (A1 through C2). Adaptive testing adjusts difficulty in real time, meaning assessments are shorter but more precise.
